About the position
As a Retail Key Holder at Crossroads, you will play a vital role in assisting the management team with daily store operations while embodying the brand's commitment to providing a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Assist the management team with day-to-day store operations.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment for customers.
- Engage with customers and lead by example in providing excellent service.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth store operations.
- Educate customers about the selling process and the store's operations.
- Act with integrity and compassion in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Show reliability by being punctual and ready to work.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and support the team as needed.
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in retail (6 months+).
- A good eye for fashion and current trends.
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
