About the position
Shades is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join their team as Retail Key Holders/Sales Associates. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's operations, including inventory management and assisting with opening and closing procedures. The ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic retail environment and contribute to a fun shopping atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Accommodate customers with the highest level of customer service.
- Complete training sessions and become knowledgeable of all products in the store.
- Ability to multi-task and follow through with daily requirements from managers and customers.
- Assist managers in the shipping and receiving of product.
- Comfortable with a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in sales.
- Bilingual, especially in Spanish.
