About the position

The Co-Store Manager at Ollie's Bargain Outlet is responsible for leading the sales floor and receiving area of a new store in Warsaw, IN. This role focuses on creating a passionate sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting financial and operational goals. The position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to the company's core values, including teamwork, care, and value obsession.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, and store banking.
• Oversee shrink reduction and ensure timely completion of related reports.
• Demonstrate exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all interactions.
• Manage store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes.
• Develop and execute talent planning for associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Perform opening and closing functions of the store as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver's license.
