Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to all patrons.
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance according to the assigned weekly work schedule.
- Dress and groom according to company policy, including uniform and name badge requirements.
- Greet all customers within 5 feet and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and safety in the store and food preparation areas.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations for the sale of age-restricted products.
- Maintain a clean, organized presentation of products, including proper pricing and signage.
- Ring up customers' orders accurately and finalize sales by collecting payments.
- Assist customers at the pumps to prevent drive-offs and ensure safe use of gasoline containers.
- Stock merchandise efficiently and assist in training new employees on equipment use.
- Communicate competitor pricing and advertising tactics to the department manager.
- Control shrinkage and pilferage losses by observing security standards and reporting abnormal behavior.
- Assist in planning the store's merchandising plan for the following month.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Ability to obtain a TAPs card, Alaska Food Workers card, and UST class A/B or C certification.
- Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance according to company policy.
- Knowledge of food safety, health, and packaging requirements.

Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage between $16.00 and $23.00, depending on experience.
