About the position
The Retail Beverage Merchandiser plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Delivery Departments by ensuring that products are well-stocked, displayed, and maintained in retail stores. This position involves independent work on a local route, providing opportunities for advancement within the company. The role is essential for maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and delivering exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring products are up to date and well represented in retail stores.
- Travel to retail stores to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products correctly along the route.
- Develop supplier brands and maintain relationships in the market by providing best-in-class service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
- Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
Nice-to-haves
- 6 months plus of general work experience.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
