Responsibilities

• Support the customer sales journey from start to finish, authentically and passionately.
• Create a fun and knowledgeable environment for teammates and customers.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness in all interactions.
• Operate a cash register and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock products, clean, and build visual displays with or without assistance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Desire to learn and understand footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Knowledge of Converse products and brand culture.
