About the position

The Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. This role focuses on fostering a customer-centric environment, training staff, and maintaining store operations to align with T-Mobile's standards and aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Infuse the store team with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto and ensure customer needs are met.
• Conduct observations of Mobile Experts' customer interactions and provide feedback for development.
• Manage customer wait times effectively and stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and ensure the team meets defined success measurements and training requirements.
• Maintain the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications.
• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators and manage store expenses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Required)
• Leadership skills (Required)
• Knowledge of store operations (Required)
