About the position
The Assistant Store Manager at Fabletics is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and collaborating with a peer Supervisor to create a best-in-class retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, driving sales, and managing daily store operations while embodying the company's culture and values. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting, working closely with a team to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training store Associates.
- Drive Customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
- Manage daily store activities in alignment with Company and Store goals.
- Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the Customer's shopping experience.
- Provide feedback to improve business operations.
- Meet and exceed Store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
- Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
- Achieve personal sales goals and maintain safety and security standards.
- Unpack inventory boxes as required.
Requirements
- 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
- Prior retail management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, and Nutrition.
- Ability to interact socially with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners.
- Ability to work with large teams and possess great interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
