As a team member at Michaels, you will build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Your role will involve helping customers shop our store and find what they're looking for, all while providing a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. You will adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, executing company policies and standards. Embracing and executing personal design, you will use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and delivering sales and production results. Completing framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time is essential, as is maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in locating products, and ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Participation in truck unloading and stocking processes is also required, along with operating the cash register and executing cash handling to standards.
