About the position

The Retail Advisor position in the Customer Service Call Center involves providing outstanding service to all customers. The role requires confidently answering direct retail customer inquiries and creatively working with customers and dealers to resolve service issues. The advisor will direct retail customers to service locations and must possess a general knowledge of the product to find appropriate resources. Identifying the root causes of customer issues and providing assurance of corrective action is essential, along with following up with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. The advisor must also be able to professionally and calmly de-escalate emotional customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service to all customers
• Confidently answers direct retail customer inquiries
• Creatively works with the customers and dealers to resolve service issues
• Directs retail customers to service locations
• Has general knowledge of the product and is able to find appropriate resources

• Professionally and calmly de-escalates emotional customers
