About the position

The Restaurant Team Member at Papa John's is responsible for performing various workstation duties to ensure the delivery of quality products and services that meet the company's standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and compliance with operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients.
• Take orders and provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person.
• Act with a sense of urgency in all tasks.
• Work as part of a team, supporting other workstations during shifts.
• Complete all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
• Comply with uniform and appearance standards to enhance the company's image.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System and process cash and credit card transactions.
• Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas, complying with safety and security standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
