In this role, you will be responsible for crafting more than just bowls of noodles; you will create moments that bring people together. Responsibilities

  • Showcase culinary skills by prepping famous dishes and cooking to order.
  • Ensure every dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation in mind.
  • Develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrate dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support the team and contribute to a great work environment.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks.
  • Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
