Responsibilities
- Showcasing culinary skills by prepping famous dishes and cooking to order.
- Ensuring every dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation in mind.
- Developing and refining culinary techniques through hands-on training.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key.
- Effectively managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner.
- Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards.
- Demonstrating dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support the team and contribute to a great work environment.
- Meeting the physical requirements of the role, which may include standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks.
- Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
