Responsibilities
- Showcase culinary skills by prepping and cooking dishes to order.
- Ensure every dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Develop and refine culinary techniques through hands-on training.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards.
- Demonstrate dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support the team.
- Meet physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds.
- Obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications.
- Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
