Responsibilities
- Deliver an uncommon guest and team member experience with energy and positivity.
- Lead a culture of food safety that meets company standards in food quality, cleanliness, and practices.
- Recognize team members for their hard work and celebrate wins during each shift.
- Delegate responsibilities to your team to ensure every guest's expectations are exceeded.
- Own open, mid, or close routines for your shift and set the next shift up for success.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service skills and communicate efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
