About the position
The Restaurant Shift Leader at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is an entry-level management position responsible for supervising restaurant operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service to all patrons.
- Maintain a safe environment for the restaurant.
- Make and maintain food products in accordance with health regulations and company standards.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
- Follow company guidelines and operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete all store tasks and activities assigned by management.
- Be timely and punctual with attendance.
- Maintain personal grooming and appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in leadership roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
