About the position
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced restaurant servers to join our team at Piccolo Trattoria, the best restaurant in Newtown, PA. This part-time position focuses on providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver food and beverages to tables and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism
Requirements
