About the position

Saint Urban, a new elevated wine bar concept from Common Ground Culinary, is seeking to hire Servers, Greeters, and Cooks. The restaurant focuses on West Coast-inspired cuisine and offers a unique wine program. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a Server, Greeter, or Cook.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including liquor, beer, and wine.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the dining experience.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation as a Cook.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of service experience for Servers.
• Availability for at least 4 shifts per week for Servers and 3 shifts for Greeters.
• Working knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine for Servers.
• Ability to work weekends and some weekday lunch shifts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Previous experience as a Greeter or Maitre D.
