About the position
As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences while managing store operations. This position combines your passion for people with your restaurant management skills, ensuring that both front and back-of-house responsibilities are executed effectively. You will receive support from the home office around the clock, enabling you to succeed in your role and foster a caring and hospitable environment for both employees and guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
- Manage all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Drive business results through effective management and leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver's license
