About the position

The Kitchen Manager at Golden Corral is responsible for overseeing food production and managing the Back-of-the-House operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee food production and Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products and recipes.
  • Ensure standards for quality food, recipes, and cleanliness are achieved for guests.
  • Manage overall restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
  • Education and training associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
