Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all dishware, glassware, and silverware.
• Ensure the highest standards of sanitation are met in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Assist in the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in stewarding and/or dishwashing capacity in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant or food and beverage outlet.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
