About the position

Kalahari Resorts and Conventions is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper storage of all dishware, glassware, and silverware, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of sanitation. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all dishware, glassware, and silverware.
• Ensure proper storage of all dishware and utensils.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and practices.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to support food service operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in stewarding and/or dishwashing in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant or food and beverage outlet.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a resort or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
