Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven, and mission-focused Resource Development Coordinator to support strategic fundraising, donor engagement, grant coordination, and organizational partnerships across the Club system. This position will serve as the lead coordinator for the organization’s “Friends of the Club” engagement initiative, strengthening relationships with supporters, community stakeholders, and volunteer ambassadors who champion the mission of the Clubs throughout the region. The Resource Development Coordinator will also act as the primary liaison between the local organization and Boys & Girls Clubs of America, ensuring alignment on grant opportunities, reporting requirements, initiatives, and national partnerships. Additionally, this role will function as the key intermediary between grant writers and internal departments, helping gather programmatic data, outcomes, narratives, budgets, and operational insights necessary to support high-quality grant submissions and stewardship efforts.
