About the position

The Resort at Paws Up is looking for a Resort Beverage Manager to oversee all beverage operations across various venues within the resort. This role involves hands-on management of beverage staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including special events and catering services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all beverage operations at the resort including Pomp, Tank, Trough, Shed, Green O, Glamping, In-Room dining, Chuck Wagon, special events, catering, and banquets.
• Coordinate and manage beverage staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and maintain high standards of beverage service and quality.
• Develop and manage beverage menus and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in beverage management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of beverage trends and customer service best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
• Certifications in mixology or beverage management.
