About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities preferably within residential services.
• May substitute I/DD experience with at-risk youth experience or a combination of the 2.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• four-year degree in social services or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Management of the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Interviewing, hiring and developing quality direct care employees.
• Monitoring individual's finances and benefits.
• Managing a caseload and coordinating the care of individuals served.
