About the position

Pioneer Property Management Inc. is seeking a part-time Residential Property Manager to oversee two affordable housing communities in Davenport, IA. The role involves managing all aspects of the assigned LIHTC property, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with residents. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a focus on customer service and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned property
• Maintain all paperwork, ensuring it's up to date and compliant
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet industry required standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with all residents
• Complete lease/contracts with residents in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract new residents
• Maintain resident ledgers with the goal of minimizing past due balances
• Accomplish company set goals and report periodically on performance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years' experience as property manager or related role
• Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects
• In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management, specifically LIHTC
• Competency in Onesite and relevant databases and software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's License (Required)
