About the position

The Residential Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of rental properties, ensuring efficient management, maintenance, and lease administration. This role involves creating a positive experience for residents, owners, and staff while managing a portfolio of over 200 units primarily located in Marysville, WA. The position requires flexibility, dependability, and strong communication skills, with ongoing training provided by the current Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee full resident lifecycle activities such as lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Market properties in accordance with company standards.
• Respond to resident complaints and issues, serving as a liaison regarding common area maintenance and enforcement of landlord rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the Property Management field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate and technologically savvy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
