About the position
The Residential Property Manager will oversee the management of scattered site multifamily properties in Chicago, focusing on resident relations, property maintenance, and administrative management. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate maintenance and administrative tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage resident communications and resolve disputes
- Oversee lease renewals and move-in/move-out processes
- Ensure timely response to resident inquiries and maintenance requests
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely apartment turnovers and repairs
- Maintain organized records for leases, contracts, and invoices
- Handle delinquent accounts and legal proceedings when necessary
- Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely submission of invoices
Requirements
