About the position
Pioneer Property Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Residential Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance tasks at a 116-unit affordable housing complex in Bettendorf, IA. The technician will be responsible for general property maintenance and ensuring that individual units are ready for leasing.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion
- Make ready apartments for leasing
- Perform snow removal and landscaping maintenance including mulching, watering, weed control, and litter pick up
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Perform on-call duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver's License
- 2 years of experience in property maintenance
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
