Responsibilities
- Perform installations and changes of service while adhering to applicable codes and company procedures.
- Update customer accounts to ensure accurate records of products and services.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate and educate customers on products and services.
- Persist and finish projects despite obstacles with minimal supervision.
- Display active listening skills and empathize with customers to enhance their experience.
- Use installation tools and hand tools, including climbing poles and working from heights.
- Lift and carry loads of 70 lbs. or more and work in confined spaces.
- Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly while performing duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
