About The Position

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has 5+ years' experience in Residential HVAC Service and loves providing outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work. The pay rate for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE. Integrity and Customer Care are core values here at Haller! This is a Safety Sensitive position.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of Residential HVAC service experience.
  • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
  • Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
  • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
  • CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal!
  • Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and solve their HVAC problems.
  • Service all kinds of residential HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and everything in between.
  • Provide homeowners with honest opinions based on facts so they can make an informed decision.
  • Find and fix small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs.
  • Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed.
  • Provide guidance and share knowledge with those just getting started in the trade.
