About The Position

Tomorrow's Hope Satellite Services is seeking a full-time Residential Habilitation Professional (QIDP) who is passionate about helping others live their best lives while also coaching, leading, and making meaningful change. This role is for someone who empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to grow their independence and confidence, while also mentoring a team. It's a mix of hands-on impact, leadership, and problem-solving.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a human services field
At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to qualify as a QIDP (guidance provided if needed)
Experience creating and implementing behavior or skill-building programs
CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
A genuine passion for helping others succeed

Responsibilities

Assess and plan personalized programs that support residents' goals and independence.
Track resident progress, review data, adjust plans, and celebrate achievements.
Train and inspire direct care staff to ensure they feel confident delivering care.
Conduct monthly home visits to check on programs, staff performance, and resident satisfaction.
Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
Participate in quality assurance efforts to ensure programs meet high standards.
Facilitate staff meetings, support performance evaluations, and guide teams.
Provide guidance, training, and solutions to resolve challenges in real time.
