About the position

The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served. This role is crucial in supporting individuals in their recovery journey and ensuring they have the necessary resources to live fulfilling lives. The position requires flexibility as shifts are on-call, with hours and days varying as needed.

Requirements

• High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
• At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
