About the position

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve any design or construction issues.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment on-site.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves
