About The Position

Arboreal Management is hiring a full-time Security team member to support safe, welcoming, and well-managed residential properties across our portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site position, the schedule is 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The role is located in the Tacoma-area, covering 3 properties within a 4-mile radius. The Security team member will monitor property grounds, common areas, and building entry points to ensure resident safety and property security. They will conduct regular patrols and inspections, documenting and reporting safety hazards, maintenance needs, and unusual activity. The role also involves serving as a visible, approachable presence for residents and visitors, responding to concerns with professionalism and empathy, coordinating with property management on incident reporting, and assisting with access control, visitor screening, and enforcing property rules.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass background and reference checks.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
  • Legally authorized to work in United States.
  • Experience working on residential properties, supporting onsite operations, or collaborating with property managers.
