The Resident Apartment Manager position is designed for a two-person team to manage a 34-unit apartment building in the Maple Leaf area. Responsibilities
- Collecting and depositing rents
- Record keeping
- Marketing and showing available units
- Dealing with tenant issues and troubleshooting repairs
- Taking deliveries
- Building, common area maintenance and landscape maintenance
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary
- Ability to commit long-term
- Must be a two-person team with one member not working elsewhere
