About The Position

Stein Eriksen Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide efficient service while responding to guest requests. This role involves troubleshooting technical problems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of building systems. The position is based at a premiere year-round destination in Park City, Utah, offering a unique work environment within the luxury hospitality sector.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, hospitality, or a related trade.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Positive "can-do" attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk significant distances, and lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in guest rooms and common areas to prevent failures.
• Handling guest work orders such as fixing TVs, leaky faucets, lighting, door locks, and furniture repairs.
• Performing painting, drywall patching, flooring repairs, and minor remodeling projects.
• Responding to maintenance requests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Maintaining cleanliness in mechanical areas, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting with snow removal or landscaping.
• Responds to guest room calls as required
• Provides technical support to staff
• Maintains building systems
• Provides preventative Engineering to various equipment
• Assigned to various projects
• Maintains essential stock inventories
• Performs other related work as assigned
• Completes work order reports
• Interacts with front and back of house personnel
