About the position

The Reset Merchandiser position at Garman Distributors LLC involves managing the Plan-O-Grams (POGs) at Publix stores in South Florida. The role requires experienced individuals who can efficiently restock merchandise according to new POGs, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the store's directives. This full-time position demands reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks in an efficient/cost-effective manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures while implementing position responsibilities.
• Supervise POGs and tagging of all items, ensuring completion to store directives before leaving.
• Manage the restocking of products according to new plan-o-grams (POGs).
• Remove and rebuild sections of gondolas as necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and restocking products according to POGs.
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations.
• Ability to start early (5am) and work a 10-hour day, 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday).
• Supervising experience and leadership skills.
