About the position
Advantage Solutions is seeking dedicated Reset Merchandisers to enhance the shopping experience in grocery stores. In this role, you will be responsible for resetting shelves, tagging products, building attractive displays, ensuring proper product facing, and efficiently rotating stock. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the visual appeal of the stores, ensuring that products are well-presented and displays are aesthetically pleasing. This position offers early morning weekday hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance without weekend commitments. You will receive paid training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role, along with paid mileage and travel reimbursement when applicable. Responsibilities
- Reset shelves according to customer-approved schematics/Plan-O-Grams/MODs.
- Tag products and ensure proper product facing.
- Build eye-catching displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Rotate stock efficiently to maintain product freshness.
- Maintain the visual appeal of grocery stores by ensuring products are well-presented.
- Complete online training and submit accurate reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Travel to multiple store locations as required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, squatting, and climbing ladders.
- Capability to lift medium to heavy weights.
- Ability to tolerate changes in temperature and humidity while working in freezers and dairy coolers.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, store staff, and customers.
