Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program 0-1 year required
- Math, statistics, or programming background of coursework 0-1 year preferred
- Basic Computer literacy.
- Attention to Detail.
- Good Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Collects and codes data.
- Transfers collected data to code sheets.
- Prepares data for keypunching / computer input.
- Documents system changes, informing supervisor of conflicts between coding methods and protocol.
- Prepares written reports on data, as appropriate.
- Performs basic research experiments.
- Assists with analysis of experimental data using basic statistical methods.
- Performs literature searches.
- Assists with maintenance of a clean and orderly lab.
