The primary purpose of this position is to plan, execute, record and analyze research experiments utilizing a combination of techniques in molecular, cellular biology and virology in a collaborative work environment that will promote the specialist's independent research. The position is responsible for establishing primary keratinocyte cultures, generation of organotypic graft cultures, as well as the analysis of protein, RNA and DNA. Specialized skills will be cultivated, including immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and confocal microscopy.
