About The Position

The Research Assistant will support the Lab's research into dynamic transcriptional states by assisting in the investigation of oscillatory gene expression in human naive and memory T cells. The role involves a combination of computational analysis and laboratory support to characterize gene regulation using the Easy Share-seq sequencing protocol. The Research Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Principal Investigator within our Lab. The scope of the work includes processing RNA-seq datasets and collaborating with lab members to model complex gene regulation in single-cell multi-omic data.
