Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth targets and established budget goals.
  • Execute BakeMark USA’s strategy to maintain a dominant market share by identifying opportunities and securing orders that meet customers’ full supply needs.
  • Act as an extension of the outside sales team to proactively grow ingredient and product sales.
  • Support territory alignment by implementing company initiatives and promoting core business lines, including self-manufactured products, exclusive brands, gourmet ingredient programs, and promotions.
  • Identify and establish new accounts by researching prospective customers through directories, online sources, networking, and other lead channels.
  • Qualify new leads through ongoing prospecting and expand product lines within existing accounts.
  • Provide vacation coverage for assigned territories by visiting customers, making calls, and taking orders according to established service schedules.
  • Participate in sales trainings, demonstrations, trade shows, conventions, and meetings as directed by management.
  • Complete all required training, including BakeMark University, Rookie Training, and assigned product or company materials.
  • Run, manage, and analyze daily, weekly, and periodic reports to track performance, accountability, and results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
