About the position
The Reports Analyst position at Corelation Inc. involves generating specifications and coordinating the development and delivery of custom report requests for clients. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful report conversions and effective communication throughout the process. The Analyst will also facilitate training on Jaspersoft functionality and manage client expectations while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Generate specifications for custom report requests.
- Coordinate development and delivery of reports.
- Ensure clients are knowledgeable about Jaspersoft functionality.
- Co-lead projects with other Analysts.
- Handle multiple report conversion projects.
- Support requests from existing clients and quarterly report documentation releases.
- Determine custom reports needed for each client.
- Vet report lists and gather supporting information.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure progress on client delivery.
- Facilitate client meetings and ensure successful delivery and testing of reports.
- Learn and practice basic concepts of reporting functionality.
- Maintain organization and internal communication regarding JIRA tickets.
- Interact with clients and internal resources professionally.
- Follow established team procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of similar or related experience.
- Credit Union/Banking operational experience preferred.
- A college degree in a non-technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with JIRA.
- Knowledge of Jaspersoft and reporting functionality.
