Requirements
- Prior experience in distribution, warehousing, or inventory control preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or walkie-riders preferred.
- Reliable work history with demonstrated dependability and strong attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail with awareness of how replenishment accuracy impacts inventory, operations, and customer satisfaction.
- Capability to work in a warehouse environment with varying physical demands.
Responsibilities
- Move full pallets of dry goods to and from reserve storage locations.
- Replenish pick slots based on outbound order needs using RF scanning and warehouse systems.
- Receive inbound freight and relocate it to reserve locations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and support proper product rotation.
- Perform duties with speed, accuracy, and attention to quality.
- Inspect items and storage areas to ensure product integrity and compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following sanitation and safety procedures.
- Any additional task assigned by manager; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
