About The Position

The Replacement Sales Rep is responsible for promoting and selling the Pella Product line directly to homeowners. This role will regularly work customer homes to measure, perform product presentations, prepare quotes, and explain pricing to satisfy their replacement window & door needs.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of outside sales experience.
  • Technology literacy (Tablets, Phones, Laptops, etc.).
  • Outgoing and highly motivated personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized monthly and annual goals that support the company’s goals set by management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate Pella product knowledge as well as competition comparisons.
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing customers and actively seek out business referrals.
  • Increase sales volume, profit margin, and market share for Pella products while maintaining a high closing percentage.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and details in all jobs to maintain profitability and effectively communicate all necessary information regarding ordering, delivery, special instructions, customer request, method of payment, etc.
  • Provide after-sales service to our customers to maintain satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
