Responsibilities
- Renting cars and promoting products and services at airport rental counters.
- Processing contracts and listening to customer needs.
- Effectively upselling offerings and services to enhance customer travel experience.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
- Professional, engaging personality.
- Flexibility to work all shifts.
- Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods.
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Regular on-site presence required.
Nice-to-haves
- 6 months real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
