Provide outstanding service to our customers and other company departments. Rent out vehicles and manage returns using custom software. Ensure rental agreements are completed effectively. Balance vehicle utilization across the fleet. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Rent out vehicles and manage returns using custom software
• Ensure rental agreement is completed effectively
• Balance vehicle utilization across fleet
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
• Process administrative tasks using a PC and paper filing systems
• Park cars safely in tight spaces
• Describe the operation of modern Toyota vehicles to customers
• Comply with company dress code and grooming requirements
• Comply with required health and safety regulations
• Adherence to all Company standards, state and federal laws and regulations
