About The Position

Outbound Sales Agents work in an automated phone system that makes telephone calls to potential customers who respond to various ADT marketing and partner campaigns. Agents engage with these potential customers, verify each contact meets specified criteria, and transfer the qualified customer to an Inbound Sales Specialist. This role requires the representative to reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. A high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50Mbps download/25Mbps upload speed, solely accessed via an ethernet cord, is also required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check
  • High-speed internet with min 50Mbps download/25Mbps upload speed and access to internet solely by ethernet cord
