About the position
The Remote Dealer.com Performance Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and revenue retention in a remote capacity. This role focuses on protecting monthly revenue, identifying customer interest in additional products, and expanding product functionality to drive revenue growth. The Performance Manager collaborates with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients with multiple products.
Responsibilities
- Manage external client relationships and revenue retention for assigned accounts.
- Identify and build revenue opportunities through upselling and expanding product functionality.
- Engage with clients through virtual meetings and occasional onsite visits to enhance product utilization.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their staff at all levels within the dealership.
- Utilize consultative strategies to assist at-risk clients and develop action plans for retention.
- Analyze account performance and trends to adjust dealer expectations and achieve results.
- Monitor system emergencies and take immediate action to resolve issues.
- Maintain product knowledge and provide training on new releases and enhancements.
- Assist and train new or less experienced performance managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered, such as a master's degree with 2 years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years of experience in a related field.
